Delivery Policy

Adepta Technologies offers multiple delivery and collection options depending on your location.

1. Personal Pick-Up

Customers may pick up their orders directly from our store during working hours.

Pick-Up Hours:
Monday – Saturday
8:00 AM – 7:30 PM

This option is free of charge.

2. Rider Deliveries (Within Nairobi & Nearby Areas)

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5:00 PM.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is allowed for the product amount only.

  • Full rider delivery fees must be paid in advance before dispatch.

Delivery charges are as follows:

  • Nairobi CBD: KES 100

  • Westlands, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Parklands, Nairobi West, South B, South C, Mbagathi, Upperhill: KES 300 via rider

  • Thika Road (up to TRM), Mombasa Road (up to Gateway Mall), Langata Road (up to Galleria), Ngong Road (up to Racecourse), Kangemi & Eastlands:

    • KES 500 via rider

    • KES 100 via matatu delivery

  • Karen, Lower Kabete, Kitisuru, Kikuyu, Kiambu, Loresho, Ruiru, Uthiru, Athi River, Kitengela, Mlolongo, Rongai:

    • KES 100 via matatu delivery

    • KES 500 – 800 via rider

3. Deliveries Outside Nairobi

  • Orders outside Nairobi require full payment in advance.

  • Cash on Delivery is not available for these orders.

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.

  • Delivery timelines are typically 1–2 business days, depending on the courier schedule.

  • Customers may be required to collect the package from the designated courier office in their town.

Typical delivery charges:

  • Central & Eastern Kenya (Thika, Nyeri, Nanyuki, Meru, Machakos, Kitui, Nakuru): KES 300 via matatu

  • Mombasa, Kisumu & Eldoret: KES 300 via courier

  • Lodwar: KES 500 via courier

4. Additional Information

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on traffic, weather, or courier schedules.

  • Customers will be notified once their order has been dispatched or is ready for pick-up.

  • Adepta Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
