DisplayPort (DP) to VGA cable - 1.8M

A DisplayPort to VGA cable allows you to connect a computer or laptop with a DisplayPort (DP) output to an older monitor, projector, or TV that only has a VGA input. 

• Directional Signal: These cables are strictly unidirectional. They only work from a DisplayPort source (PC/Laptop) to a VGA display (Monitor/Projector). You cannot use them to hook up a VGA computer to a DisplayPort monitor.
• Resolution Caps: VGA is an older analog technology. Most of these adapter cables max out at 1080p Full HD (1920x1080) at 60Hz. 
• No Audio: VGA cables do not transmit sound. Audio will continue to play from your computer speakers unless you run a separate 3.5mm audio cable to an external sound system.
• Latching Mechanism: Standard DisplayPort connectors feature a small latching button. You must press the button down to safely release the cable from your computer port without damaging it.
